As a CPA and Controller with BCDC since 2015, Olga is responsible for supporting all aspects of accounting management including managing monthly and quarterly reporting to parent company KUSA, managing journal entries, and preparation of financial statements. She is accountable for ensuring all financial statements adhere to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), monitoring and implementing internal controls, and liaising with external auditors, tax preparers, JV development partners, and lenders.
Prior to joining BCDC, Olga enjoyed a career with GE Real Estate and has fifteen years of experience in the real estate industry.
A certified public accountant, Olga earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master in Business Administration from the University of New Haven.
Olga enjoys coaching her district’s middle school volleyball team, exercising, travel and spending time with her family.
