As Controller with BCDC since 2014, Olga is responsible for supporting most aspects of accounting management including managing monthly and quarterly reporting to parent company KUSA, managing journal entries, and preparation of financial statements. She is integral in supporting and liaising with JV development partners, lenders and outside auditors.
Prior to joining BCDC, Olga enjoyed a career with GE Real Estate and has fifteen years of experience in the real estate industry.
A certified public accountant, Olga earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master in Business Administration from the University of New Haven.
Olga enjoys coaching her district’s middle school volleyball team, exercising, travel and spending time with her family.
