Nick joined BCDC in 2026 and serves as an Investment Analyst, with primary responsibilities that include deal underwriting, financial modeling, internal reporting, and supporting transaction execution across the firm’s investments.
Prior to joining BCDC, Nick was a Financial Analyst at Monument Realty in Washington, D.C., where he was responsible for Excel and ARGUS modeling of the firm’s pipeline deals and evaluating and arranging capital stacks that included ground leases, C-PACE, preferred equity, senior debt, and common equity. He also worked as a Development Intern at Wingspan Development Group in suburban Chicago.
Nick holds a Master of Science in Real Estate (Private Equity Track) and a B.S. in Financial Planning from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is an active member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys traveling and supporting all Wisconsin sports teams.
