Dela Luckie

Dela Luckie joined BCDC in 2023 as Senior Accountant. Dela energetically provides accounting and financial services for all consolidated entities, related joint ventures, and managed properties.

Prior to BCDC, Dela built an impressive tenure at sister company, Batson-Cook Construction Company (BCC), where she worked for over 16 years. During her time at BCC she held several notable titles such as Project Accountant, Human Resources Manager, Marketing Coordinator, and Executive Assistant.

Dela received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Georgia State University in 2015. She resides with her husband, a First Responder for Cobb County Fire Department, along with two lovely children on a small farm in the Marble Hill area of Dawson County. Together they enjoy several hobbies including: raising livestock, mountain biking, hiking, boating, art, and visiting extended family at their second home in Port Saint Joe, Florida.

Dela has been a beloved supporter of Cobb County based Loving Arms Cancer Outreach since its inception in 2011 and recently began developing a partnership in 2022 with The Dream Foundation which serves terminally ill adults and their families by providing end-of-life dreams in the United States.
