
As Vice President of Asset Management, Brandon serves as a central architect of BCDC’s asset management strategy, overseeing the performance, positioning, and long-term value creation of the company’s institutional multifamily platform. In this capacity, he partners closely with ownership groups, co-general partners, and property management teams to align operational execution with investor objectives, while leading asset-level reporting, disposition strategy, and the continued development of BCDC’s internal asset management infrastructure. Brandon brings a results-driven, data-informed approach to asset management, ensuring each asset in the BCDC portfolio is strategically positioned to deliver risk-adjusted returns throughout the investment lifecycle.
Prior to joining BCDC, Brandon held the title of Managing Director at Newmark, where he advised institutional clients on complex multifamily investment and capital markets transactions across the Southeast. His leadership at Newmark built on a foundational career at JLL, where he rose to Vice President during an eight-year tenure beginning in 2012, developing deep expertise in investment sales, market analysis, and client advisory across major southeastern markets.
Brandon received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia, graduating in 2009.
Outside of work, Brandon is a passionate sailor, enjoys international travel, and is an avid reader and writer.
