BCDC acts as a GP co-investor but provides more than just investment dollars. With an exceptionally strong balance sheet, BCDC solves lender completion guarantee covenants while providing deep capital strength and liquidity, exceptional transparency, and tremendous value throughout every step of the development process to every stakeholder involved.

A Proven Investment Track Record

BCDC has an exceptional track record of making highly successfully real estate investments that are reflective of its skilled underwriting, due diligence and expertise in deal making.

Currently, BCDC has over fifty (50) projects in various stages of construction, lease-up or stabilized operation. Since 2015, BCDC has invested a combined $435 million in Sponsor equity in projects which have an expected market value in excess of $5.4 billion.
