WoodSpring Suites

Rimrock Companies, in partnership with BCDC, have broken ground in Billings, Montana to develop a WoodSpring Suites extended stay hotel. The subject hotel will consist of one, four-story, 48,660 square foot building on 2.15 acres of land. There will be 122 rooms total with unique features like refrigerators, stoves, and microwaves in each room, indicative of extended-stay hotels.

The Development Site located directly adjacent to the exit for South Billings Blvd provides convenient access to Interstate 90, the Billings-Logan International Airport (BIL), downtown Billings, and local oil and sugar refineries which are some of the main commercial drivers for extended-stay occupancy in the market. Billings is a rapidly growing market with limited existing competitive supply and no known hotels in the planning or construction phase.
