Phase II will consist of three (3) buildings (M-8, M-9 and G-10), 41 units and 88,421 Saleable SF. The building shape and size for M-9 has been redesigned and repositioned to maximize the views of the 12 residences allowing for both water and marsh views. M-8 is an exact replica of M-7 in Phase I with the exception of the top floor where we have incorporated three larger 3-bedroom options to offer a total of 11 units. G-10 consists of 18 smaller and more price point focused Egret style units.
