The Project will ‘own’ a sub-section of the market as there are no self-storage competitors located in close proximity to the east and no known future supply in the planning or permitting stages. In addition, the subject property will have a distinct management advantage over the competitive set due to the national brand recognition of CubeSmart, who will provide exceptional customer service, premium security, and institutional asset management and pricing/rate analytics. The facility will consist of 645 units (63,504 NRSF).
