Trenton Road Storage

Bakke Development, in partnership with BCDC, have formed their 1st joint venture to develop Trenton Road Storage, a 781-unit, three-story, climate-controlled self-storage project.

The 86,800 square-foot McAllen facility is located on 2.8 acres on Trenton Road and will have 781 units. The three-story climate-controlled building will feature a loading dock, two service elevators and state-of-the-art CCTV and card access security systems.

The Venture closed on the financing and land in March 2022, with construction commencing in April 2022, allowing the project to achieve final C/O in March 2023.
