A joint venture of BCDC and The Potter Companies has begun construction of a stand-alone Tractor Supply in Clover, SC. The project will be the first in a programmatic relationship with The Potter Companies to develop a variety of single tenant net lease projects. The Tractor Supply will consist of a 23,000 SF store on 4.6 acres at the corner of Charlotte Hwy and Catamount Drive and is expected to be completed Q3 2021.
