The Waters at Covington represents BCDC’s first joint venture with STOA Group. The project is located on a 13.73-acre site off W. Ochsner Boulevard in Covington, Louisiana, with direct access to Highway 21 and I-12, two major transportation corridors serving Hammond, Mandeville, Slidell, Baton Rouge, and New Orleans.

The site is in close proximity to the Mandeville Lakefront and benefits from convenient access to the Lake Pontchartrain Causeway, providing efficient connectivity to the New Orleans MSA. The project is also located near several established retail centers, including River Chase and Nord du Lac, with nearby retailers such as Costco Wholesale, Sam’s Club, Target, JCPenney, and Sephora.
