BCDC in partnership with Moderne Capital Partners have broken ground on The Isabella, a class-A, garden-style, multi-family development located in Glendale, AZ.
The Project will be comprised of 182 market rate for-rent apartments averaging 784 SF. The 7.9-acre site sits in the Arrowhead submarket of. The site has proximity to premium retail at Arrowhead Towne Center, which includes a Costco, Trader Joe’s, Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, and others.
The Isabella will include 24 studio units (13%), 104 one-bedroom units (57%), 6 one-bedroom carriage houses (3%), and 48 two-bedroom units (26%). The unit sizes range from 545 SF – 1,114 SF and average a total of 784 SF. The Project will include one (1) clubhouse & amenity building and eight (8) two- & three-story residential buildings.
