TalleyBak Storage represents BCDC and Bakke Development’s 8th joint venture to develop a four-story, climate controlled self-storage facility consisting of 774 units (82,938 NRSF).
The site is located in San Antonio, TX within the Alamo Ranch/ West submarket of town. The site sees 18,000 VPD on Talley Road and 19,000 VPD on Wiseman Blvd. The new building will be similar in design and specifications to prior BCDC climate controlled self-storage projects and will be a three-story steel structure with a decorative skin, loading dock, two (2) service elevators, and state of the art CCTV and card access security systems. The site is located within a densely populated and high demographic neighborhood experiencing rapid single family new home growth, with average home prices in the mid $400,000s. Within a 3-mile radius of the site, there are 53,187 people, expected to reach 71,260 people in the next five years.
