BCDC and Novare are underway on Sugar Hill, a 306-unit multi-family development in Sugar Hill, Georgia. This project is located 30 miles northeast of downtown Atlanta.
Sugar Hill will feature 304 rental units in seven (7) buildings that are a mix of two-story townhome buildings and 4/5 split buildings. The Project will include 18 total units across three (3) two-story townhome buildings and 288 total units across four (4) elevatored buildings with air-conditioned corridors. The project will include 386 surface parking spaces and eighteen (18) one-car garages on the ground floor of the townhomes.
The Site is located just off Highway 20 along Stanley Street directly across from Sugar Hill’s recently built downtown town center, the E Center, which features numerous entertainment venues, boutique retail and curated dining options. Residences of the Project will enjoy direct access to the E Center via the Sugar Hill Greenway, which will run through the Site, and feature a pedestrian bridge that will cross over Highway 20 from Stanley Street. The Project’s strategic location located along Highway 20 and proximity to I-85 and GA-400 provides easy access to metro Atlanta’s major employers, including over 430,000 jobs along the I-85 economic corridor.
