The Southerly at St. Augustine represents the sixth project in which Ventures Development Group and BCDC will serve as development partners. The Southerly will feature a 224-unit, garden-style, elevator-serviced, multifamily product. The Southerly uniquely provides a differentiated elevator-surface-parked multifamily product in the rapidly growing St. Augustine submarket. The Project will include luxury units furnishes and resort-style community amenities including a pool with cabanas, an outdoor amenity deck with kitchen space and a fire pit, fitness center, game room, dog park, detached parking garages, carports, backyards, and a gated front entry.
