BCDC and Novare Group are underway on Populus at Waterside, a 344-unit, class A, garden-style, multi-family development in Chattanooga, TN.
Populus at Waterside will feature 344 rental units in thirteen (13) buildings that are a mix of two-story carriage houses and three-story, 3/4 split and four-story apartments. There will be six (6) two-story direct entry carriage house buildings with 12 total units. There will be two (2) three-story open breezeway buildings with 72 total units. There will be four (4) ¾ split open breezeway buildings with 168 total units. There will be one (1) four-story elevatored building with conditioned corridors and 92 total units.
The Project is located along Gunbarrel Rd. adjacent to the high-end Village of Waterside Publix-anchored shopping center and immediately proximate to an I-75 interchange. This convenient and accessible location will provide residents easy access to the area’s major employers, including Volkswagen, Amazon, Erlanger East Hospital and the Chattanooga Airport within 20 minutes.
