SharyBak Storage

Bakke Development, in partnership with BCDC, have formed their 3rd joint venture to develop SharyBak Storage, an 802-unit, three-story, climate-controlled self-storage product.

SharyBak Storage is located in McAllen, Texas on the city’s west side along US Highway 83 in what is known as the Sharyland submarket. US Highway 83 is the main east/west highway artery that connects all the major metro areas in The Valley from Brownsville to Laredo and runs parallel to the Rio Grande River.

The new building will be similar in design and specifications to prior BCDC climate controlled self-storage projects and will be a steel and masonry structure with a decorative skin, loading dock, two (2) service elevators, and state of the art CCTV and card access security systems.
