Riverside Village Apartments represents the second joint venture between South City Partner, Capitol Square, and BCDC. The mixed-use project contains a multifamily component of 315 units in three residential buildings of three, four, and five-stories, a retail component of 8,000 NRSF, and amenity space of 12,000 SF.

The assemblage of land parcels sits within Riverside Village in North Augusta, South Carolina.  The Project will mark the final phase of development in the highly sought-after commercial district, which comprises an award-winning Major League Baseball (MLB) minor league park, numerous street front shops and restaurants, and miles of walking trails and green space, a 600-person concert amphitheater all with waterfront views of the Savannah River and Downtown Augusta.
