BCDC and Vista have joined to form their third (3) joint venture to develop a 300-unit, surface parked, garden-style, ‘workforce’ multi-family community on S. Chatham Parkway in Savannah Georgia. The Project will continue BCDC and Vista’s strategy of developing high-quality, workforce housing that can meet the needs and budgets of the growing middle-income demographic.

The land is part of a 34.4-acre master-planned, mixed-use development within Chatham Center. Riverchase Vista spans 300-units across eight (8) residential buildings, each rising three stories, and one clubhouse building. The site benefits from great access to Interstates 16 and 95, Downtown Savannah, and The Port of Savannah.
