BCDC and Fuqua Development joint ventured to create a premier retail project in the northern perimeter of metropolitan Atlanta.  Serving one of Atlanta’s most affluent trade areas, Peachtree Corners Town Center is a 21-acre, premier mixed-use development with a theatre, shops, chef-driven restaurants, municipal parks, an integrated pedestrian trail system and a high-end townhome community. The project is located at the corner of Peachtree Parkway and Medlock Bridge Road in the city of Peachtree Corners. The project includes 51,000 SF of restaurants and 18,560 SF of retail. Many residents will make their home in our project, living in one of the many 74 luxury townhomes.
