PaloBak Storage represents BCDC and Bakke Development’s seventh (7th) joint venture to develop a class A, three-story, climate controlled self-storage facility consisting of 751 units (86,475 NRSF).
The site is located in in San Antonio, Texas on the southside of Loop 410 and SH-16, inside the city limits. The site’s submarket is anchored by rapidly growing single family development, Texas A&M University – San Antonio, Palo Alto Community College, and Toyota Motor Manufacturing Texas Plant. Within a 5-mile radius of the site, there are over 138,000 people. The Project will be visible off Interstate Loop 410 and sees over 38,500 combined VPD on Palo Alto Road and Interstate Loop 410 Access Road. The San Antonio MSA had an estimated 2023 population of 2,454,000, a 1.7% increase from 2022 making it the 21st most populated MSA in the United States and the second most populated in Texas.
