Ventures Development Group, in a partnership with BCDC, has broken ground on a 298-unit garden-style, Class A multifamily community in Orange City, FL, a suburb north of Orlando.
Centrally positioned between Orlando and Daytona Beach, Orange City is particularly attractive due to its thriving healthcare industry, convenient local amenity base consisting of essential big box retailers and popular restaurant staples, and access to critical job centers throughout the Orlando area. AdventHealth Fish Memorial, Halifax Health | UF Health and the newly completed Amazon Fulfillment Center have fueled the local economy with significant investments in the area, causing a wave of over 700 new jobs and generating additional multi-family demand.
