East West Partners, in a partnership with BCDC and EcoVest Capital, has broken ground on Phase I of ONE Riverfront, a 53-unit resort townhome and condominium community in Avon, CO. The Project will include 13 townhome units (34,854 Saleable SF) and 40 condominium units (56,750 Saleable SF) and underground connected parking garage (61 spaces).
The development will complete Riverfront Village, a five-star resort complex anchored by the Westin Riverfront Resort and Spa – one of the nation’s finest mountain resort hotels. Riverfront Village sits at the confluence of Beaver Creek and Avon in the heart of the Vail Valley. The subject site is a short walk from the Riverfront Express Gondola [which takes skiers to the base of Beaver Creek], alongside the Eagle River with views up to Beaver Creek, steps from Nottingham Lake and the Avon Performance Center [home to cultural and outdoor activities throughout the year], adjacent to the Eagle Valley Regional Trail, and next to the Avon Station transportation center.
ONE Riverfront is the last developable site at Riverfront Village in the rising mountain town of Avon, CO. The site sits alongside the Eagle River with direct access to the Eagle Valley Regional Trail. The Riverfront Express Gondola and the owner ski valet are steps away, providing direct access to Beaver Creek ski resort. The project will have two phases with the 13 townhome units taking part as phase I and the 40-unit condominium as part of phase II. In addition to the 13 townhome residences, Phase I will include the central pool amenity and underground level of the parking garage.
