Wingspan Development Group, in a partnership with BCDC, has broken ground on HUB 13, a 300-unit garden-style, Class A multifamily community in Oak Creek, WI, a suburb of Milwaukee.  The project is strategically located in a thriving employment corridor and in close proximity to Drexel Town Square, a newly constructed retail, commercial, residential and civic development less than a mile east of the Property.

HUB 13 spans 300-units across nine (9) residential buildings, rising two and three stories, and one (1) clubhouse and amenity building.   The Property’s 300 units are comprised on four different unit sizes including studio – three-bedroom options with an average unit size of ~ 962 SF.  Amenities will include a clubhouse and lounge, fitness and yoga center, pool, open space and nature trails.
