North & Central Ventures, in partnership with BCDC, will develop North & Central Townhomes, a 68-unit, build-for-rent townhome community located in Hapeville, GA. The Project sits less than 1-mile from Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, which is one of the busiest airports in the world and home to over 63,000 jobs. Hapeville has experiences exceptional growth over the past few years due to its proximity to Hartsfield-Jackson and the Atlanta metro while maintaining affordability relative to the urban core. The Project will benefit from this continued growth while offering a desired and differentiated residential product, a walkable location, access to jobs and infrastructure, and a strong sponsorship team.

The Project will consist of 68 two, three, and four-bedroom townhomes ranging in size from 1,280 SF to 1,830 SF, providing a diverse set of floor plans for renters with varying spatial needs. Units will be well appointed with high-end, Class A finishes and will each sit above a two-car tuck-under garage. The Project will offer community amenities including green space, fire pits, and a dog park.

Proximity and access are two key highlights to the site. Situate on a 1.6-mile stretch between I-85 and I-75 before the two throughways merge, the Property has excellent access to infrastructure that provides connectivity to Atlanta’s major job nodes (Downtown, Midtown, Buckhead). The Project sits in front of gentrifying single-family neighborhoods to the north and is proximate to downtown historic Hapeville, which offers amenities such as Arches Brewing, Hapeville Corner Tavern, a newly build Chick-Fil-A dwarf house, Volare Wine & Bistro, and Due Vietnamese.
