McCollBak Storage represents BCDC and Bakke Development’s 5th joint venture. The site is located in McAllen, TX along South McColl Road. The site sees 20,000 VPD on Ridge Road and 16,000 VPD on S McColl Road. The new building will be similar in design and specifications to prior BCDC and Bakke Development climate controlled self-storage projects and will be a three-story steel structure with a decorative skin, loading dock, two (2) service elevators, and state of the art CCTV and card access security systems.
