BCDC and Novare Group are the co-GPs of this new multi-family project, located at 225 Jennings Mill Parkway, in West Athens near the intersection of Highway 10 and Atlanta Highway. Development began in late 2019. The Project’s proximity to major thoroughfares makes for easy access to Downtown Athens, the UGA Campus, and multiple routes to Atlanta.

Lullwater at Jennings Mill will consist of 312 Class-A multifamily apartments averaging 1,174 square feet with a total of 513 parking spaces (surface). The apartment campus will include twenty-two (22) residential buildings and garages along with top of the market amenities including an outdoor pool, outdoor kitchen and grilling areas, business center, fitness center, and several pet play areas.
