BCDC and Novare are partnering on their thirty-first (31) joint venture to develop Lullwater at Port Charlotte.
Lullwater will feature 270 rental units in 16, two to four-story residential buildings. The community will offer two (2) four-story mid-rise buildings with elevators, interior hallways, and secured entrances. The amenity/ residential building will be between the mid-rise buildings. Five (5) garden buildings with 24 units each will be scattered throughout the site and nine (9) duplex or quadplex buildings will be positioned throughout the community with most along Sandhill Boulevard. The Four-story buildings will maximize both lake and amenity area views. Lullwater will offer 54 detached garages on site while 472 surface parking spaces will be adjacent to all buildings. Eighteen (18) units will have attached garages.
