BCDC has joined with Tampa Based Dunphy Development to create Livingston Marketplace, a Publix anchor project in Lutz, Florida. The project will consist of a 46,800 SF Publix and approximately 18,050 SF of retail shop space leased to local and regional tenants.
The Project configuration provides Publix with great visibility along both arteries. Excellent ingress/egress from both Countyline Road on Livingston Avenue will be provided with two curb cuts on Countyline and one additional curb cut on Livingston. The subject site is situated at a signalized intersection where both arteries are heavily traveled.
