The Project is adjacent to two new mixed-use developments in New Braunfels – Freheit Village (recently completed retail, restaurant, event space, multifamily, hotel, office) and Solms Landing (under construction $500MM mixed-use development including includes 300,000 SF of Class A retail, two hotels, single family, 10 acres of park and green space, and 875,000 SF of Class A office space), bringing further density and amenities to the area.
