LakeBak Storage represents BCDC and Bakke Development’s 4th joint venture to develop a four-story, climate controlled self-storage facility consisting of 987 units (104,875 NRSF).
The site is located in the heart of New Braunfels, TX along Lake Front Ave, just east of Interstate 35 and just south of Loop 337. Interstate 35 sees roughly 137,000 vehicles per day, giving this location excellent visibility from one of the region’s busiest corridors. The new building will be similar in design and specifications to prior BCDC climate controlled self-storage projects and will be a four-story steel structure with a decorative skin, loading dock, two (2) service elevators, and state of the art CCTV and card access security systems. The site is located within a densely populated residential area. Within a 3-mile radius of the site, there are 51,000 people.
