Knoxville Residences will represent BCDC and Novare Groups 40th partnership. Dutchtown Road less than one-half mile east of route 162 and one-half-mile north of Interstate 40. Only 15 minutes from downtown Knoxville, residents will be afforded easy access to the area’s major employers, including Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Covenant Health, Knox County Schools, and The University of Tennessee. In addition, residents will find themselves able to enjoy a host of outdoor amenities and premium shopping, dining, fitness and entertainment options all within 15 minutes of the site

Situated on 11.70-acres, Knoxville Residences will feature 271 rental units in five (5) buildings consisting of four (4) four-story apartment buildings and one (1) 4/5 split apartment building. All buildings will be elevatored with open breezeways. The Project will offer a variety of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom luxury apartments across multiple floor plans. Of these different floor plans, 21 will feature a studio layout (7.7% of total), 131 will feature a one-bedroom layout (48.3% of total), 103 will feature a two-bedroom layout (38.0% of total), and 16 will feature a three-bedroom layout (5.9% of total). The unit sizes range from 704 SF – 1,191 SF and average a total of 936 SF.
