BCDC, in partnership with Fuqua Development has embarked on their 12th joint venture, Kenneth City Retail. The joint venture has acquired the land and has commenced demolition on the existing vacant Kmart store in the densely populated community of Kenneth City, Florida.
Once demolition is complete, a portion of the existing building and parking lot, will then be used to construct a new 23,256 SF Sprouts grocery store, repurposing the remaining 88,000 SF for retailer At Home, and creating 4,500 SF of small inline tenant spaces to lease to additional tenants.
The project site is located in Pinellas County which is the most densely populated county in Florida. With prominent visibility from 66th Street and 46th Avenue, the property is surrounded by population density in an infill location.
