The 302-unit Project is located 25 miles south of downtown Savannah and is part of Raydient’s 7,000-acre Planned Unit Development (“PUD”) called Heartwood at Richmond Hill. Heartwood at Richmond Hill is a “Live-Work-Play” community located at the forefront of Richmond Hill’s growth corridor at the newly constructed interchange at I-95 at Belfast Keller Road.
