BCDC and Fuqua Development chose the site of this retail development to be one of the first joint ventures undertaken by them as partners. Glenwood Place is located at the front door of the historic Grant Park neighborhood of Atlanta. This Kroger-anchored development includes 175,000 SF of retail fronting Glenwood Avenue and Bill Kennedy Way with visibility from Interstate 20 and an off ramp from I-20 at the site. Surface level parking provides easy access for the retail customers. The center was sold in 2017.
