FSU Student Housing Project development represents BCDC and 908 Group’s third joint venture. The 182-unit/693-bed luxury student housing project is ideally located adjacent to Florida State University, within walking and biking distance to Greek housing, retail, dining options, nightlife, on-campus classrooms, and Doak Campbell Stadium. The Sponsor has assembled a Project team well-versed in the construction of purpose-built student housing assets in Tallahassee, tapping Culpepper Construction Company as the general contractor and Humphreys & Partners Architects as the chief architect. First occupancy is expected to occur in August 2025 for the 2025/2026 school year.
