BCDC and ADEVCO have joined in a JV to develop a self-storage facility at 7350 Blackmon Road, Columbus, GA. This property will meet the underserved and growing demand for self-storage in the Flat Rock and north Columbus submarket, where current and historical occupancy levels for existing facilities in the submarket average in the 85-90% range.

The climate-controlled building is approximately 78,000 NRSF and incorporates approximately 780 units. The three-story steel and masonry structure is designed to incorporate a decorative exterior facade to meet local planning authority requirements, includes a loading dock, two (2) service elevators, and state of the art CCTV and card access security systems. The property will be branded and professionally managed by Extra Space Storage asset management.
