Everhome Suites

Rimrock Companies, in partnership with BCDC, have broken ground in Kalispell, Montana to develop an Everhome Suites extended stay hotel. The subject hotel will consist of one, four-story, 48,660 square foot building on 2.15 acres of land. There will be 114 rooms total with unique features like refrigerators, stoves, and microwaves in each room, indicative of extended-stay hotels.

The site is conveniently located off Hwy 90, the main thoroughfare connecting Kalispell to Whitefish. Guests can quickly visit the grocery store or many of the restaurants located in the immediate area surrounding the site. Kalispell is a rapidly growing market in terms of tourism and residential population. This area is most notable for its breathtaking mountain ranges, vast lakes in Whitefish Lake and Flathead Lake, the Whitefish Mountain (Ski) Resort and proximity to Glacier National Park.
