Paramount Hospitality and BCDC joined to develop this dual branded Marriott product. Located in the heart of downtown Knoxville, at the intersection of State Street and Church Street, the hotel leveraged the strong and established Marriott brands of Courtyard by Marriott (select service) and Residence Inn (extended stay). The 166,000-SF project includes 144 Courtyard by Marriott rooms and 88 Residence Inn rooms. The project includes shared structured podium parking (3 levels / ~ 200 spaces) common amenities, a fast, casual restaurant with a rooftop terrace and ample meeting space.
