The programmatic joint venture partnership between BCDC and Fuqua Development has broken ground on its 15th project, a nearly 70,000-square-foot Publix-anchored retail center in Lexington, KY. Located on Citation Boulevard on a 25-acre site, the center is in a fast-growing area near the University of Kentucky’s Coldstream Research Campus, an economic development center at the gateway to Lexington’s high-tech and higher education corridor. The business park is also home to a 225-acre city park connected to the 12-mile Legacy Trail.
