Cherokee Residences will represent BCDC and Novare Groups 38th partnership. The Site is ideally located in southern Cherokee County, a highly affluent northwest Atlanta suburb that is one of the fastest growing counties and seventh most populous in the state. The Project’s strategic location along Highway 92 and proximity to I-75 and I-575 provides an easy commute to metro Atlanta’s major employers. The location of the Project is well situated for new multi-family development given the strong local rental fundamentals and high barriers to entry in the area. The Project will include 330 units (328,625 NRSF), 518 surface parking spaces, and will feature 60 one-car tuck-under garages under each carriage home.
