Novare Group, in a partnership with BCDC have broken ground on Auden, a 325-unit, Class A, mid-rise, multifamily development. The Project is located on Cumberland Boulevard in the Cumberland submarket in northwest Atlanta. The Cumberland submarket has evolved from its origins as a Class A office market to one of the most dynamic areas in the Atlanta MSA.

The Property’s 325 units are comprised of six different unit types, including studio units (26, 8%), one-bedroom units (163, 50% of total), two-bedroom units (100, 31% of total), three-bedroom units (13, 4% of total), two-bedroom townhomes (19, 6% of total), and three-bedroom townhomes (4, 1% of total).
