Novare Group, in a partnership with BCDC have broken ground on Auden, a 325-unit, Class A, mid-rise, multifamily development. The Project is located on Cumberland Boulevard in the Cumberland submarket in northwest Atlanta. The Cumberland submarket has evolved from its origins as a Class A office market to one of the most dynamic areas in the Atlanta MSA.
