Airport Blvd. Storage will be consistent in design and specifications to the prior four (4) projects with ADEVCO with 76,796 NRSF including 752 units and will be a three-story steel and masonry structure with a decorative skin, loading dock, two (2) service elevators, and state of the art CCTV and card access security systems. The property will meet the underserved and growing demand for self-storage in the Mobile submarket. Current and historical occupancy levels for existing facilities in the submarket average in the 90-95% range. The property has excellent visibility and daily traffic counts and has very good vehicular access for eastbound travelers on Airport Blvd., which is the primary roadway in the subject area. Westbound travelers travel to the signalized intersection to access the subject site.
