3030 Maybank represents the third joint venture between BCDC and The Berry Companies. The project is a Class A build-for-rent townhome community located on Johns Island within the Charleston MSA, South Carolina. The development will consist of 72 three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom townhome units, each spanning three stories and featuring a ground-floor one-car attached garage with dedicated driveway parking.

The community is designed to be well-landscaped and highly walkable, with sidewalks throughout and a curated amenity package that includes a community playground, hammock stations, bark park, gazebo, and enclosed private attached puppy yards for select units.
