BCDC and East West Partners have completed and fully sold out of Phase I of The Waterfront, which is a mixed-use coastal village constructed upon the last remaining waterfront parcel on Daniel Island, SC. Upon completion, the master development will feature 300+ residential units (580,000+ GSA) across 20+ buildings. As part of Phase I, a waterfront restaurant (The Kingstide), a grab-and-go market (The Dime), waterfront park, two (2) deep water access piers, private fitness center, private pool, sundeck, and pavilion, boat house and direct access to 25+ miles of walking and biking trails have already been developed. The 21.5-acre site is the last significant development opportunity in the Daniel Island community and has waterfront views of both the Wando River and the tidal marsh. The project includes four (4) distinct offerings: Manor Houses, Garden Condos, Townhomes, and standalone residences. The master plan has been thoughtfully designed to maximize water / marsh views from the residential units while also embracing ‘low country’ architecture, existing live oak trees, pedestrian scale, and premium building materials.
