The project includes a structured parking deck (420 spaces) and luxurious amenities such as a resort-style swimming pool, state of the art fitness center, interactive study rooms, a large clubhouse and community café. It was over 99% pre-leased immediately after construction commencement and was very successfully marketed and sold one year following construction completion.
