Madison Yards

The team of BCDC and Fuqua Development successfully developed Madison Yards, a mixed-use project located on Memorial Drive along the two mile stretch east of the downtown connector in Atlanta. The 17-acre redevelopment of the former Leggett & Platt site is bordered by in-town neighborhoods including Reynolds Town, Inman Park, Old Fourth Ward and Grant Park. It has 130,000 SF of retail and restaurant space anchored by a Publix grocery store, a AMC theater, a health club, office space, townhomes and 500 multi-family units. This project will be marketed for sale when the retail economy recovers from the Covid 19 pandemic.
