BCDC and ADEVCO joined together as a development team in 2019 and this Extra Space Storage project was the first of numerous JVs undertaken by the team. Located at 4444 N. Shallowford Road, Atlanta (Dunwoody suburb) the project is located within 2.5 miles of Perimeter Center, Atlanta’s third largest office market, with 33MM SF of office space where approximately 10,500 companies call home.

The climate controlled building is approximately 85,000 NRSF and incorporates approximately 800 units. The three-story steel and masonry structure, designed to incorporate a decorative exterior facade to meet local planning authority requirements, includes a loading dock, two (2) service elevators, and state of the art CCTV and card access security systems.

The property, completed in 2020, is branded as an Extra Space Storage and professionally managed by Extra Space Storage asset management which provides all-inclusive third-party property management services that deliver proven efficiencies and results.
