This project marks the 40th joint venture between Novare Group and BCDC, showcasing their long time shared commitment to delivering high-quality residential developments.
Located at 962 Mabry Hood Road, the property is on the corner of Dutchtown Road, less than a half-mile from Route 162 and Interstate 40. Its prime location, just minutes from downtown Knoxville, provides convenient access to major employers, including Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Covenant Health, Knox County Schools and the University of Tennessee.
“This development exemplifies our dedication to creating communities that meet the needs of today’s residents,” said Jim Borders, CEO of Novare Group. “We are excited to continue our successful partnership with BCDC to deliver this high-quality development.”
“This community strengthens our commitment to providing high-quality housing solutions in growing markets like Knoxville,” said Litt Glover, President and CEO of BCDC. “We look forward to the positive impact it will have on the community.”
The development will feature a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments on a thoughtfully designed 11.7-acre site. The gated community will have a private co-working lounge with private rooms and a conference room, private garages, a resort-style pool with sun shelf and tanning ledge and outdoor fire pits and grilling stations. It will also have a state-of-the-art fitness center, a clubroom with a gourmet kitchen and fireplace, a game room and dog park and dog wash.
Nearby Turkey Creek Shopping Center offers dining options such as Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar and Bonefish Grill, along with entertainment at Regal Cinemas and TopGolf. Retail options include Target, Publix and Walmart.
Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy hiking trails, kayak rentals, tennis courts and a dog park at Concord Park, just minutes away. Additional conveniences such as Whole Foods, Kroger, fitness centers and retail destinations like West Town Mall are also close by.
